REFUND POLICY

You are covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ) when you are shopping with Gateway Games Ltd.

For sealed products - if it is damaged, you need to leave it unopened and contact us within 48 hours; If it is faulty after being opened, e.g. missing some parts or cards etc, please also contact us within 48 hours; in both cases, we will look into the matter and replace the item or refund if necessary.

We are more than happy to exchange if the item is un-opened and un-damaged but we do not refund if you simply change your mind about a purchase.
