Shipping Policy
- Our shipping "philosophy"
We want to get things to you as quickly as humanly possible. To keep things simple, if your order is over $300 and you ship everything together we will ship within New Zealand for free. We are not in business to "profit" from shipping, you are charged what we are charged.
- Under commit; over deliver.
Our primary shipping service is Fastway NZ, we have found them to be fast and efficient.
- Delivery Time
It takes 1-3 business days to deliver within New Zealand.
- Free Shipping Offers
Orders over $300 that are delivered together are shipped within New Zealand for free. e.g. If you make an order worth $320, but $50 is not in stock, you can have them delivered separately with shipping costs, or together for free.Free shipping promotions are available on New Zealand shipments only.
- Calculating Cost
We do not profit from shipping. Your shipping cost will be exactly the same as we are charged to deliver your package. Shipping costs within New Zealand are calculated on the website automatically during Checkout.
- International Shipping
If you'd like to make a purchase and have it shipped internationally, please use the contact us page. Be sure to include a list of the products you'd like to purchase, your shipping address, phone number, and the email address to which we should send a PayPal invoice
(we currently only accept PayPal payments for orders shipped abroad).
